Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
Printed posters ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, and shipping is free on every order. Digital download packs are available worldwide: nothing is shipped, your files arrive by email moments after checkout, wherever you are.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 3–6 business days: 1–2 days to print your poster, plus shipping. Framed posters can take a day or two longer.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. Every order ships with tracking, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link the moment it's on its way.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
Your poster is printed in your own region, so in almost all cases there are no customs or import charges. If you're ever asked to pay an import fee on delivery, send us the receipt and we'll refund it in full.

Prints & Framing

What size are the posters, and what are they printed on?
All posters are 50×70 cm (19.7×27.6 in), printed at 300 DPI on 250 gsm museum-quality archival matte paper, rich blacks, sharp detail, no glare.
What are the framing options?
Three frame finishes: black, white, or natural wood, each with a crystal-clear plexiglass front, arriving ready to hang. Prefer your own frame? The unframed print ships carefully rolled in a protective tube; framed posters ship in a rigid box.
What's the difference between Classic and Dark?
The same map, two moods. Classic is black streets on crisp white — timeless, fits any room. Dark is white streets on deep navy — striking and contemporary. Every city page lets you flip between the two.

Digital Downloads

What exactly do I get with a digital download?
The complete pack for your chosen city or airport, for $19.99: both the Classic and Dark editions in six aspect ratios, twelve print ready files at 300 DPI, covering every common frame size from 8x10 in to 24x36 in and A4 to A1. The download link is emailed to you immediately after checkout, and digital packs are available worldwide.
How large can I print it?
Each file is sized for its listed print dimensions at 300 DPI, crisp up to 24x36 in (61x91 cm), and every pack includes a short guide matching each file to your frame. Print at home, at a local print shop, or through any online printing service, as many times as you like.
Can I use the file commercially?
Digital files are for personal use only, print it for your home or as a gift, but please don't resell or redistribute the file.
Can I return a digital download?
Because digital files are delivered instantly, all digital sales are final, except where required by law.

Orders & Returns

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders go into production quickly, so contact us as soon as possible, ideally within a few hours of ordering. Once your poster has been printed we can no longer change or cancel it. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
What if my order arrives damaged — or never arrives?
We make it right, free. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos of the issue, and we'll send a free replacement or refund you in full, no need to send anything back. Lost in transit? Same promise. See our Returns & Refunds policy.
Do you accept returns if I change my mind?
Every poster is printed on demand, just for your order so we don't accept change-of-mind returns, except where required by law. If something's wrong with your order, though, see above: we'll always make it right.

The Maps

Where does the map data come from?
Every map is rendered from OpenStreetMap, the world's largest open map project, kept up to date by millions of contributors. Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors, licensed under ODbL.
A street near me looks different or is missing — why?
Each map is a snapshot of OpenStreetMap data at the time we rendered it. Cities evolve, and so does the data. Tiny differences from the ground truth are part of a real, living map.
My city or airport isn't in your collection — can you add it?
Quite possibly! We currently draw 103 cities and 221 airports. Send us a request: new maps are added based on demand.
